74 Ford Granada 4 Door

Jane Creswell's car. She picked it out, and liked it, drove it to her job as a teacher's aide, until one day she was driving with me to school, and we were in an accident.

It was replaced by The Ford Granada Sport 2 door 3 speed, picked out by Dad.

Tim: The next wagon was the 1956 Ford... I am pretty sure it was 3 seater ; As I recall a trip home from vacation, a stop at the Hessel Bakery, and a boy riding in the rear facing back seat who got really sick.

1954 Ford Station Wagon

1954 Ford Station Wagon....which did not look as nice as this picture.
It got the same clean - up , fix- up treatment , without the hand painted look. It stayed in our driveway longer. It was sold outright as I remember  ...to make possible our next upgrade.

1952 Ford Station Wagon purchased for around 50 dollars.  after clean - up and paint up,it left our driveway for 100 dollars

Tim: My love of the Mustang resulted in the sale of the Dart sometime before the summer of my freshman year and resulted in the purchase of a dark blue 1965 Mustang that looked a lot like this one.

Tim: This is the car I bought when I traded in the aforementioned graduation gift. A red on red 1965 Mustang . Do you wonder why I might have wanted to trade up?   I never doubted for a minute that Dad understood. I worked at Helen's Fine Foods all summer... And ended up spending much of that on new shocks and Ball joints for it courtesy of the Yankee garage up on Leonard. I succumbed to the lure of profit  and sold it during my Freshman year at Grand Rapids Baptist Bible College.

1976 Ford Granada Sport

Ours had a rainbow stripe on the side, burgundy interior with perforated plastic seats that left a mark.
Small 6 Cylinder, stick shift.

Memories:
Bill: This was a replacement for Mom's 74 Ford Granada Sedan.
After a hailstorm, received a vinyl top.
I believe I received this as a graduation present, or at least I was driving it around in high school. It drove like a school bus.
